Hi! I’m a service and experience designer with strengths in user research, prototyping and implementation. I get a lot of joy out of listening to people, mixing in additional primary and secondary research and then presenting back a synthesis that gets to the essence of what the person truly wanted or needed even though they couldn't articulate it.
I have extensive experience working in the health care industry. My work has spanned across developing services, physical products, communication tools and digital tools.
I am comfortable with ambiguity and the unknown. Once the problem and direction becomes more clear I’m all about action and seeing work through.
I started my own side business creating stylish clothing that can serve a medical purpose. My first line of clothing is compression shirts for teens with autism.
